I don't think it was, Obama hasn't really proved his CiC credentials, which is why he lost Ohio and Texas post-3am

So let me get this straight, Obama lost his Commander In Chief secret decoder ring via a television commercial?  Now he can't get his secret decoder ring back via a debate on foreign policy debate on issues and results?

Strange days indeed..
